Marina V. Badoian-Kriticos serves as the Director of Strategic Initiatives and External Engagement at the Houston Advanced Research Center (HARC) since April 2017, where responsibilities include leading organizational initiatives and establishing key relationships with various stakeholders. Additionally, Marina holds the position of Senior Program Advisor at the Texas PACE Authority, collaborating with agencies on PACE program outreach and implementation. Previous roles include Senior City Advisor at the Institute for Market Transformation and Senior Advisor for the Houston City Energy Project, both focused on advancing energy and water efficiency. Earlier experience includes directing sustainability initiatives for the International Facility Management Association and managing business development efforts at Central Houston, Inc. Marina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Houston-Downtown.
