David Tamez

David Tamez, MA, LPC is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in creative development and counseling. Currently serving as a Creative Developer for the Houston Airport System since June 2022, David has focused on in-house creative projects, notably leading the "Change is Coming at IAH" campaign. As a Licensed Professional Counselor at both College Station Christian Counseling and Houston's First Baptist Church, David emphasizes the importance of relational context in counseling. Additionally, David is the Owner of Pixelhands, a graphic and information design firm established in 2009, and has held senior graphic design roles in various organizations, including Houston's First Baptist Church and Response Management Associates. David holds a Master of Arts in Biblical Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary and dual Bachelor's degrees in Graphic Design from Instituto de Estudios Superiores de Diseño and Universidad de Arte A.C.
