Dawn Hoffman, IAP, CM, PMP, is an experienced aviation management professional currently serving as Terminal Manager at Houston Airport System since August 2015, with additional roles as Skytrax Program Manager and Landside Operations Manager. Previous experience includes a tenure from September 2005 to September 2014 as Airport Ops Supervisor at the same organization, where Dawn specialized in Safety Management System development. Prior to this, Dawn held the position of Flight School Manager at Fletcher Aviation Flight School from April 2000 to September 2005. Educational qualifications include an MBAA and a B.S. in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
