Francine Poulin

Francine Poulin has over 35 years of experience in the aviation and customer service industries. Currently serving as the International Relations Manager for the Houston Airport System since April 2014, Francine Poulin focuses on promoting the airport as a leading international gateway, establishing strong relationships with stakeholders, and coordinating air service initiatives. Prior to this role, Francine Poulin worked with Cayman Airways Limited and Air France Airlines, where responsibilities included managing Houston-based flight operations and providing comprehensive customer service for aircraft operations. Francine Poulin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from St. Lawrence University.
