Nicole R. is an experienced professional in infrastructure project delivery and management, currently serving as Assistant Director at Houston Airport System since August 2019. Nicole oversees multiple roles, including Capital Programming and Grants, and manages the Job Order Contract and Remediation Services Division. Prior to this, Nicole worked as a Community Planner for the Federal Aviation Administration and held managerial positions in capital programming and project coordination at Jackson Municipal Airport Authority and Johnson Controls, respectively.
