Steven Abreu-Hill

Steven Abreu-Hill is an experienced aviation safety professional with a comprehensive background in safety management systems, emergency management, and aviation consulting. Currently serving as the Safety Management Systems Manager and Emergency Management Coordinator for Houston Airport System since August 2021, Steven previously held positions in security management at Airbahn and as an IS-BAH Auditor for Aviation Safety Advisors. Prior experience includes managing emergency response and hazardous materials programs at ExpressJet Airlines, overseeing safety and training for Universal Weather and Aviation in Latin America and the Caribbean, and disseminating weather forecasts at ImpactWeather. Steven holds a Master of Science in Aviation Safety Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Meteorology from the same institution.
