David E. Bugyi-Broker/Owner

David E. Bugyi serves as the Broker/Owner of DEBCO PROPERTIES and has significant experience in property management, construction management, and real estate sales and leasing. As President of the Board of Directors for Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 147 since May 1993, David has played a key role in local governance. With over four decades in the construction industry, David operates DEBCO - Construction & Construction Management, providing services in renovation, remodeling, and park maintenance throughout Houston. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Control Engineer at Bechtel Power Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed project planning and scheduling for various power plant projects. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering Management from Spring Garden College.
