Michelle de los Reyes

Michelle de los Reyes is currently the Head of Production at Houston Ballet. Michelle has over 15 years of production management experience, including at The Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey and Texas Repertory Theatre Co. At Houston Ballet, they oversee the production of all ballet performances, working with a team of designers, stage managers, and technicians. Michelle also manages the budget for all productions and ensures that all deadlines are met.

Michelle de los Reyes has a Bachelor's degree in Theatre - Stage Management from Illinois State University and a High School Diploma from Richwoods High School.

They are on a team with Rachel Koenig - Director of Human Resources, Stanton Welch - Artistic Director, and Angie Lane - Chief Development Officer. Some direct reports include Ashley Christian - Production Operations Manager, Eli Walker - Assistant Stage Manager, and Lisa J. Pinkham - Resident Lighting Designer.
