Rachael Cierniakoski

Rachael Cierniakoski currently serves as Company Manager for Houston Ballet since March 2023, following a tenure as Managing Director at Rochester City Ballet from September 2021 to March 2023. Rachael's earlier experience includes roles such as Marketing and Operations Coordinator at N.K. BHANDARI, Architecture & Engineering, P.C. from May 2018 to September 2021, and Operations Administrative Coordinator at Syracuse City Ballet from February 2017 to May 2018. Rachael also held positions as Company Manager with Syracuse City Ballet and Administrative Assistant at Ruston Paving from July 2012 to February 2017, and Assistant Manager at LA Luna Dance Studio & Banquet from August 2010 to June 2012. Rachael obtained a Bachelor's degree in Dance from Mercyhurst University during the years 2006 to 2010.
