Houston Center for Valued Living
As a founder of The Houston Center for Valued Living, I am excited to showcase the skills and talents of our compassionate team of therapists. We have created a therapy practice that is responsive, individualized, and growth oriented. We formed this practice to offer therapists an opportunity to work in a flexible environment with the population that they are called to and a compassionate warm place for clients to work towards the change that they desire. We offer in-person appointments and tele-health/virtual appointments to clients and are able to offer two levels of care. For those clients who find their lives significantly limited by their symptoms we offer individualized Intensive Outpatient Services (IOP), where they work one-on-one with a therapist in 3-hour blocks up to 5 days a week. The IOP services are conducted in the most suitable space to address the clients needs (home, office, public spaces). For clients that are distressed and find that they are still able to function well, we offer weekly or bi-weekly individual sessions.
