Houston Community College
Shantay Grays is the current Vice Chancellor of Student Services at Houston Community College. Shantay has also served as the Associate Vice Chancellor of Enrollment Services & Student Engagement and the Chief of Staff at Houston Community College. In these roles, they have been responsible for leading and coordinating enrollment management and student engagement efforts, as well as providing leadership for establishing and achieving institutional goals for recruitment and retention of students. Shantay has also been responsible for the central coordination of District-wide functions including institutional strategic planning, fiscal planning, administrative support services and public relations for the Chancellor.
Shantay Grays has an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership and Administration from The University of Texas at Austin, a BA in Psychology from Grambling State University, and a certification from UC Berkeley Center for Executive Education in Certificate of Completion -The Innovative Organization Seminar.
They work with Zachary Hodges - President Northwest College, Michael Trest - Interim Chief Facilities Officer, and Muddassir Siddiqi - President Central College. Shantay Grays reports to Cesar Maldonado, Chancellor.
