James Bryant has extensive experience in program management and personnel administration, currently working in the school nutrition program for the Houston County Board of Education since April 2014. Prior to this role, James served in the US Navy from June 2006 to November 2013, where responsibilities included leading as Chief Petty Officer for Quality of Life and coordinating Material and Maintenance Management (3M). James possesses a strong knowledge base in strategic planning, resource allocation, and human resources management, with skills in personnel recruitment, training, labor relations, and negotiation. Educational credentials include studies at Central Texas College and the University of Maryland University College.
