Richard H. Rogers, Ed.D. is an experienced educator currently serving as an Associate Instructor and Adjunct Professor at Piedmont University since May 2020, where responsibilities include teaching advanced education and research courses. With a long-standing career at the Houston County Board of Education, Richard has held various leadership roles, including Deputy Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent for School Operations, since August 2004.
