Angel Franco

Angel Franco is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in the media and sports industries. Currently serving as Communications Coordinator at Houston Dynamo Football Club since October 2021, Angel previously held the position of Communications Specialist at Texas A&M University from October 2020 to October 2021. Prior roles include Sports Reporter at The Dallas Morning News and Sports Department Intern at The Philadelphia Inquirer. Angel's journalism career began at The Battalion as Sports Editor and Staff Writer, alongside internships at USA TODAY, KVIA-TV, and Brazos Valley Bombers. Angel holds a degree in Telecommunication Media Studies, Journalism, Spanish, and Communication and Media Studies from Texas A&M University, completed in 2019.
