Jessica O'Neill

Jessica O'Neill has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jessica currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at the Houston Dynamo Football Club, where they also serve as the President of the Houston Dash. Prior to this, they worked at Charlotte FC as the Director of Marketing & Communications, overseeing integrated marketing and PR efforts. Jessica has also contributed to the success of the Carolina Panthers as the Director of Ticket Sales, where they developed sales and service strategies. Additionally, they have gained experience through internships at the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl and the Charlotte Knights, as well as working as a Fundraising Representative at Ruffalo Noel Levitz.

Jessica O'Neill has a Bachelor's Degree in Sport and Entertainment Management from the University of South Carolina.
