Valerie Holland, MBA, has a diverse work experience primarily in community engagement and relations within the sports industry. Valerie started their career at Foothills Park and Recreation as a Manager, responsible for coordinating and teaching swimming lessons. Valerie then moved on to Kroenke Sports and Entertainment, where they held roles such as Coordinator of Community Relations and Season Ticket Services representative for the Denver Nuggets and Colorado Avalanche.

Valerie joined the Houston Dynamo Football Club in 2014 as the Manager of Premium Services, focusing on providing exceptional customer service to suite holders and season ticket members. Valerie later became the Director of Community Relations and Dynamo Charities, where they created programs to build a strong fan base and ensure team representation in the community through media outlets. Valerie eventually served as the Senior Director of Community and Alumni Relations, managing player involvement and creating new programs to engage young fans.

Currently, Valerie Holland holds the position of Vice President of Community Engagement at Houston Dynamo Football Club. In this role, they oversee the Community and Fan Engagement departments, working towards growing the club's brand and finding innovative ways to engage with fans and create new ones.

Valerie Holland, MBA, obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Sports and Entertainment from the University of Colorado Denver, from 2008 to 2010. Prior to their MBA, they completed their undergraduate studies at Colorado State University from 2001 to 2005, earning a degree in Business with a focus on Marketing.
