Mpaff Andrea Aguilera Cretu

Andrea Aguilera Cretu, MPAff, currently serves as a Program Officer at Houston Endowment since February 2022. Prior to this role, Andrea held several positions, including Director of School Leadership at 3DE Schools and State Program Coordinator at Teach Plus. Andrea has also gained experience as a Graduate Fellow at The College Board, Legislative Aide at Congress Avenue Partners, Manager of Recruitment at KIPP Houston Public Schools, Reading Teacher at STRIVE Preparatory Schools, ESL Literacy Specialist at Denver Public Schools, and Corps Member at Teach For America. Andrea holds a Master of Public Affairs from The LBJ School of Public Affairs and a Bachelor of Science in Business/Corporate Communications from The University of Texas at Austin, alongside an educational experience at Universidad de Cantabria.
