Tom Merkle

Tom Merkle, P.E., CISSP, serves as the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Information Officer, and Director of Information Technology at Houston Eye Associates since March 2016. Prior to this role, Tom held the position of Chief Information Officer at Triten Corporation from August 2013 to February 2016. Tom's extensive career includes serving as the Director of IT at Walter P. Moore from May 1999 to July 2013, and as a Network Administrator at Engage Energy in 1998 to 1999. Early in Tom's career, experience as a Propulsion Engineer at United Space Alliance from 1990 to 1998 contributed to a strong technical foundation. Tom Merkle earned a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
