Grace E. Tsai

Grace E. Tsai currently serves as the Manager of Data & Analytics at Houston Grand Opera and the Constituent Manager at the Institute of Nautical Archaeology since April 2023, where efforts include optimizing customer relationship management platforms. Previously, Grace has contributed as a Management Researcher on a Business Adjacencies Research Project and has held various roles that focus on research and product development, notably at Texas A&M University, where work on the Commission on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion led to significant funding for minority scholarships. Additionally, experiences include raising substantial seed funding at Bezoar Laboratories and enhancing operational efficiency at the Institute of Nautical Archaeology as Head Archivist. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy and a Master of Arts in Anthropology from Texas A&M University, complemented by dual Bachelor's Degrees in Psychology and Anthropology from UC San Diego.
