Katherine Cunningham

Katherine Cunningham is an accomplished arts management professional with significant experience in event planning and client relations. Currently serving as Associate Director of Signature Events at Houston Grand Opera since February 2024, Katherine oversees the successful execution of major events aligned with the organization's mission. Prior roles include Client Relations Director at Fountain Forward, where high customer satisfaction was maintained for over 50 automotive clients, and Special Events Manager at Alley Theatre, planning donor events and managing logistics for major fundraisers. Katherine's background also includes roles in fitness instruction at DANCE HOUSE FITNESS, marketing management at Pitch Me This Productions, and development work in various capacities at Alley Theatre. Katherine holds an AB in Psychology with a minor in Theatre Studies from Bryn Mawr College.
