Allison Hardgrave-Hay

Allison Hardgrave-Hay's work experience includes serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Houston Habitat for Humanity, Inc. since July 2013. Prior to that, they were the Executive Director at Houston Aphasia Recovery Center from June 2012 to July 2013. Allison also worked at Presbyterian School, where they held various roles such as Director of Development from July 2005 to May 2012, Director of Advancement and Admission from July 2000 to June 2005, and Director of Admission from September 1998 to June 2000. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Store Manager at Marshall Field's from December 1990 to December 1997.

Allison Hardgrave-Hay earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from the University of Houston, where they studied from 1974 to 1978. Allison continued their education at the same university and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance from 1979 to 1982.
