Anissa Cordova, CFRE has a diverse work experience in the non-profit sector. Anissa began their career as the Director of Jewelry and Metalsmithing at Craft Students League in 1997. Anissa then joined the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston in 2007, where they served as the Annual Fund Coordinator before being promoted to Senior Development Officer, Annual Campaigns. In 2016, Anissa became the Development Director for Girl Scouts of San Jacinto Council, where they worked until 2018. Their most recent position is with Houston Habitat for Humanity, Inc., where they initially served as the Assistant Development Director and was later promoted to the role of Director of Development and Communications.

Anissa Cordova, CFRE, holds a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree from SUNY New Paltz, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree from The University of Texas at Austin. In March 2018, Anissa obtained the CFRE and CFRE Certification from CFRE International.
