Houston Hospice is Greater Houston's oldest, largest, independent, nonprofit hospice. Founded in 1980, we are a leader in the hospice care industry and provide services to patients and families of all ages and ethnicities. CHAP accreditation publicly certifies that an organization has voluntarily met the highest standards of excellence for home and/or community-based health care.
