Austin Crotts is a seasoned procurement manager with extensive experience in purchasing and supply chain management across various industries. Currently serving as Procurement Manager at Houston Housing Authority since October 2019, Austin previously held roles at Madden Bolt Corporation and Bechtel National Inc., where responsibilities included procurement strategies, vendor negotiations, and materials management for major projects. Notably, achievements include negotiating a multi-million-dollar contract and leading procurement for significant projects like the Pueblo Chemical Agent-Destruction Pilot Plant and Shell Franklin Project.
