Jennine Hovell-Cox

Jennine Hovell-Cox is a legal professional with extensive experience in housing authority and nonprofit sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at the Houston Housing Authority since November 2022, Jennine previously held the positions of Vice President and General Counsel in the same organization. Prior to this role, Jennine served as General Counsel at Sister2Sister2.0 from August 2019 to November 2022 and owned the Law Offices of Jennine Hovell-Cox from November 2006 to November 2022. Jennine Hovell-Cox earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Southern University Law Center.
