Rizvan Quadri

Rizvan Quadri, Ed.D., SHRM-CP, is the CEO and Founder of Quadri Consultant Group since May 2023 and serves as the Executive Director of Etched Communication, a creative agency emphasizing personalized communication solutions, also beginning in March 2022. In addition, Rizvan works as a Speaker, Coach, and Trainer for Maxwell Leadership, starting in March 2023. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Education and Community Outreach at Fair Fintech, Inc. from March 2021 to March 2022, focusing on financial education for the unbanked and underbanked. Rizvan's educational leadership experience encompasses various principal roles at Stephen F. Austin High School and Macario Garcia Middle School, along with assistant principal positions at Groves Middle School and Memorial High School. Rizvan holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and two Master's degrees in Educational Administration and Secondary Education from Lamar University, as well as an educational background at Rice University.
