Erika Francis

Erika Francis is an experienced educator currently serving as a Teacher Development Specialist in Secondary Math Intervention at Houston Independent School District since August 2019. Previously, Erika held roles as a Special Education Coordinator at Southwest Schools, a Mathematics Coach at Houston ISD, and a Special Education Teacher and Department Chair at Pasadena Independent School District. In addition to her extensive teaching background, Erika has management experience from a prior position at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Erika holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Lamar University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University.
