Rebecca Eden Allen

Rebecca Eden Allen is an accomplished educator with extensive experience in instructional leadership and curriculum development. Currently serving as the Elementary Math Coordinator at Houston ISD since October 2024, Rebecca previously held the role of Program Manager & Instructional Leadership Coach at Leading Educators. Previous positions include Math Campus Support Specialist at Sheldon Independent School District, Assistant Principal, Dean of Students, and Lead Special Education Teacher at KIPP Texas Public Schools, and Math Curriculum and Instructional Specialist at Galena Park Independent School District. Rebecca holds a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Houston-Downtown, a Bachelor's degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, and an Associate of Arts in Social Sciences from San Jacinto College. Rebecca's expertise encompasses professional development, differentiated instruction, and fostering academic success in diverse learning environments.
