Sandi Massey

Sandi Massey currently serves as the Chief of Leadership and Professional Development at Houston ISD, where the focus is on developing and sustaining educational leaders. Prior to this role, Sandi was the Deputy Chief of Schools and Operations at Third Future Schools, overseeing the expansion of new schools, and also held the position of Executive Director, providing coaching for principals and teachers. Sandi's career includes serving as the High School Principal at Thomas Jefferson High School within the Dallas Independent School District and working as the Early Education Coordinator for the South Central Region at the Association of Christian Schools International. Sandi earned a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Dallas Baptist University and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Southwestern University.
