HKSC was founded on March 1st, 2019 by us, Dr. Devaraj Munikrishnappa and Dr. Ghayyath Sultan, after practicing in the same area for 10 years and 4 years respectively. We are experienced and compassionate practicing Nephrologists, well trained in the field of Nephrology at St. Louis University, St. Louis, Missouri and University of Texas at San Antonio, Texas respectively. We are Board-Certified in Nephrology and are Diplomats of the American Board of Internal Medicine and Nephrology.
