Alex Gaeto

Alex Gaeto is an experienced professional with a diverse background in program and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Houston Methodist since February 2019, Alex manages the CMS Bundled Payments for Care Improvement Cardiac Care Service Line Program and has developed a comprehensive tracking mechanism for monitoring key performance indicators. Prior to this role, Alex worked at Fluor from April 2013 to February 2019 as an Engineering Project Management Specialist, where responsibilities included leading subcontract RFPs, implementing a document management system, and supporting proposal development. Alex also held a position as a Knowledge Manager at Fluor, contributing to global administrative procedures. Earlier experience includes managing staff at Longhorn Steakhouse and producing PSAs for non-profit organizations as a Freelance Producer.
