Arianne D.

Arianne D. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as event management. Currently serving as the VP and Chief Diversity Equity & Inclusion Officer at Houston Methodist since August 2020, Arianne previously managed the Foundation events team and oversaw multiple high-profile events while holding the position of Manager Foundation at Houston Methodist Hospital Foundation. Arianne's background includes significant roles at Syracuse University and Virginia Commonwealth University, where responsibilities included building corporate partnerships and leading major university events. Arianne also has experience as a Director of Special Events at The Rockefeller University, a Contract Attorney/Human Resource Manager at Chemico Systems, and as President/Communications Director of the National Association of Black Automotive Suppliers (NABAS). An academic foundation includes a Doctor of Law from Wayne State University Law School, a Master of Arts from Syracuse University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Hampton University.
