Charles Millikan serves as the Vice President for Spiritual Care and Values Integration at Houston Methodist, a role held since June 2005, focusing on integrating spiritual care and fostering a caring environment in alignment with The United Methodist Church. Millikan also contributes to The Perkins School of Theology at SMU as a member of the Executive Board and has been a trustee at Texas Wesleyan University since 1993. Previously, Millikan served on the Board of Trustees at Southwestern University and held various leadership roles within the Texas Annual Conference of The United Methodist Church, including District Superintendent positions. An experienced pastor, Millikan served as the Senior Pastor at Moody Memorial First United Methodist Church from 1993 to 2001. Millikan holds a Doctor of Ministry from Drew University and a Master of Theology from The Perkins School of Theology, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Southwestern University.
