Cynthia Harris, MA, is a CPC-Certified Professional Coach with extensive experience in healthcare and corporate recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior Healthcare Recruiter at Houston Methodist since September 2021, Cynthia has demonstrated a strong ability to source, recruit, and onboard talent effectively. Previously, as a Senior Recruiter at Advanced Diagnostics Hospitals & Clinics, Cynthia successfully filled over 60 positions within a 7.5-month period, significantly reducing vacancy rates.
