Eliud Faz

Eliud Faz is an experienced healthcare executive currently serving as the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Houston Methodist Sugar Land Hospital since October 2019. Previously held the position of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the Katy and Cypress Campuses of Memorial Hermann Health System from August 2014 to October 2019, following a series of financial leadership roles within the organization, including Assistant Vice President of Finance and Director of Finance for Ambulatory Services. Earlier experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer for multiple surgical hospitals within United Surgical Partners International and a foundational role as Director of Finance at Houston Methodist Willowbrook. Eliud Faz earned a Master of Health Administration from Trinity University and holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Economics from the University of Arizona.
