James (Jianhua) Gu is an experienced professional in the fields of bioengineering and biomedical engineering, currently serving as the Director for X-ray Irradiator SmART+ Core Facilities at Houston Methodist Hospital Academic Institute since March 2024. With a career spanning over two decades, Gu has held various positions at Houston Methodist, most recently as Facilities Manager for the Nanomedicine Department, overseeing multiple advanced imaging and analysis techniques.
