Sarah N Pletcher, MD, MHCDS, currently serves as the Chief Digital Health Officer and System Vice President, Executive Medical Director of Strategic Innovation at Houston Methodist since April 2020. Additionally, Pletcher holds the position of Vice President & Executive Medical Director of Virtual Care at Weill Cornell Medicine and is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Surgery. As a board member of the American Telemedicine Association and Principal at Scathach Consulting Group, Pletcher advises on healthcare innovations. Previous roles include Assistant Professor at the Geisel School of Medicine and Vice President of Connected Care & Telehealth at Dartmouth-Hitchcock, where significant advancements in telehealth were made. Pletcher earned a Doctor of Medicine from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine and a Master’s degree from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
