Steve McTague

Steve McTague is an accomplished Application Development Manager with extensive experience in leading application development teams and software projects across various organizations. Currently at Houston Methodist since April 2018, Steve successfully scaled an application development team from under 10 to 28 full-time staff while also establishing a new Robotic Process Automation team. Prior roles include Manager of Application Development at Texas Children's Hospital, where Steve enhanced information systems capabilities, and a Manager at Avanade, where project leadership in Agile and Scrum methodologies was emphasized. Previous positions involved significant responsibilities in technology architecture and development at Litton Loan Servicing and eCommLink, as well as technical consulting roles earlier in the career. Steve holds a BBA in Business Analysis from Texas A&M University.
