Wes Hamilton

Wes Hamilton is a seasoned communications and program management professional with extensive experience in various media and communication roles. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager for HR Communications at Houston Methodist since July 2022, Wes leads the development and execution of the digital workplace experience and drives HR digital innovation initiatives to enhance employee engagement. Prior roles include a Senior Communications Specialist at Houston Methodist The Woodlands Hospital, where Wes managed internal and external communications, and University Communications Manager at Sam Houston State University, where award-winning content was created and significant media coverage was achieved. Previous experience also encompasses positions at FOX Sports as a Media Specialist and at 104.9 The Horn and KTRE-TV in various broadcasting roles. Wes holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication/Journalism from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Arts in Technical Communication from Sam Houston State University.
