Brittany Hernandez

Brittany Hernandez is an experienced fundraising and event management professional currently serving as the Director of Community Fundraising for the Houston Texans since May 2024. Previously, Brittany held the position of Director of Development at KIPP Texas Public Schools from August 2022 to May 2024 and Director of Development at KICKSTART KIDS from May 2017 to June 2023. Prior to these roles, Brittany managed special events and community affairs at The Council on Recovery, overseeing significant fundraising luncheons that generated over $1.5 million annually. Brittany also coordinated special events for the Seton Hays Foundation, successfully managing annual galas that raised over $1 million. Earlier in the career, Brittany served as a Production Coordinator II at ESPN and was instrumental in launching the Longhorn Network. Education was completed at the State University of New York at Oswego.
