Kelsey Proctor

Kelsey Proctor is currently the Event Experience Manager for the Houston Texans. Kelsey was previously the Promotional Events Manager for the Cincinnati Reds from January 2018 to August 2022. In their role with the Reds, they were responsible for managing game day interns and office intern, consisting of 15 to 20 personnel; responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, delegating, and payroll. Kelsey served as pregame On-field Game Presentation Manager and Production Capsules Coordinator; responsible for timing and execution of pregame ceremonies. Kelsey collaborated with multiple departments to create, schedule, and execute fan-interactive features and activations for in-game run-of-shows. Kelsey was also in charge of the autograph program; ordering baseballs and photos for players/coaches to autograph for front office and corporate needs throughout the season. In addition, they coordinated end of year player impression recaps and locations for Takeovers and schedules for Reds Caravan.

Prior to their role with the Cincinnati Reds, Kelsey was a Promotions & Events Intern with the Washington Nationals from March 2017 to December 2017. Before that, they served as a Marketing and Creative Services Intern with The Ballpark of the Palm Beaches from January 2017 to March 2017. Kelsey began their career in 2016 as an Ambassador Assistantship with the Orange Bowl Committee from June 2016 to January 2017.

Kelsey Proctor has a Master’s Degree in Masters of Science in Sports Management from Western Illinois University. Kelsey also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration and Management with a minor in Marketing from Florida Atlantic University. Kelsey Proctor attended Parkway West High School.
