Justin Schultz is the Chief Planning and Strategy Officer at Houston Parks Board, responsible for overseeing organizational strategy, expanding partnerships, and leading planning studies since July 2022. Previously, as Managing Principal and Head of Talent at HR&A Advisors, Schultz implemented systems for people operations and led multidisciplinary teams on projects related to climate resilience and master planning. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager at MTA Construction & Development, managing the transition of the Fulton Center transit hub, and Project Engineer at IH Engineers, where Schultz handled design consultant management and technology upgrades. Schultz holds a Master's degree in Urban Planning from NYU and a Bachelor's degree in Government and History from The University of Texas at Austin.
