Clint Winegar has over two decades of experience in the maritime industry, currently serving as Presiding Officer and Ship Pilot at Houston Pilots since April 2005, in addition to being Vice President on the Executive Committee. As of December 2020, Clint also holds the position of Vice President for the American Pilots Association - Gulf. Previously, Clint worked as Chief Mate at US Shipping LLC, PSA at Valero Energy Corporation, Second Mate at J Ray McDermott, and Third Mate at Coastal Oil Corp. Clint obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Transportation from Texas A&M University Galveston Campus, graduating in 1997.
