Joe Francisco

Joe Francisco currently serves as the Regional Director of Admission for Southern Methodist University in Houston, beginning in September 2023. As a Co-Founder and Co-Owner of La Mia Mercato and La Mia Pasta since November 2022, Joe is involved in the production of all-natural, preservative-free pasta and homemade sauces, handling marketing, photography, and business operations. With a long-standing history in sports entertainment, Joe has worked with the Houston Rockets' production crew and as an in-stadium host for the Houston Astros since 2008, and previously with the Pittsburgh Pirates. Joe also has extensive experience in admissions and outreach roles at various educational institutions, having managed teams at the Academy of Art University and served in several positions at The Art Institute. Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from Bethany College.
