Larry Kaiser

Larry Kaiser is the Vice President of Finance for the Houston Rockets. In this role, he is a member of the senior management group responsible for setting and executing the financial goals of the team and the arena, negotiating new business opportunities, overseeing and completing the combined annual budget, all cash flow projections, all internal and external financial reporting, forecasting and modeling and oversee financial statements, NBA salary cap and NBA revenue sharing audits.
