Aaron Houston

Aaron Houston has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Aaron started their career as a Quantitative Tutor at Texas State University from June 2011 to May 2013. Aaron then worked as a Software Engineer at Accenture, where they served as the Lead OPA Rules Developer for the Ohio Integrated Eligibility System from May 2013 to August 2014. Following this, Aaron worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Insight Global for a brief period from August 2014 to October 2014.

In November 2014, Aaron joined Deloitte as a Senior OPA Developer and played a key role in designing and developing OPA rules for the GA IES project. Aaron was responsible for implementing various programs related to integrated eligibility such as MAGI, non-MAGI, PeachCare, SNAP, TANF, LIHEAP, and WIC. Later, as an OPA Architect and Test Lead, they designed and developed the risk assignment algorithm for the investigation process and automated the entire firm investigation and risk evaluation process.

Aaron then joined Primerica as a District Leader from January 2016 to March 2018. In this role, they helped families across the United States become debt-free, financially independent, and properly protected. Aaron also focused on expanding and developing driven individuals in management and leadership positions.

In August 2017, Aaron joined Expediter Services, LLC as a CX Architect, OPA Developer/Oracle Service Cloud Developer until October 2018. Aaron then joined Sandia National Laboratories in November 2018, where they served as an Oracle CX Cloud Principal Architect. Aaron played a vital role in transitioning the company to a shared services model and implementing modern, automated, and streamlined processes centered around Oracle's CX Cloud Suite of products. Aaron'sprimary focus was on Oracle Policy Automation and Oracle Service Cloud.

Since 2014, Aaron has also been the CEO of Houston Technologies LLC. The company specializes in Oracle Policy Automation consulting and has a team of experienced consultants with skills ranging from Oracle Service Cloud to Oracle BI Cloud.

Aaron Houston obtained a Bachelor's Degree in App. Math and Computer Science from Texas State University, where they studied from 2008 to 2013.
