Josh Davidson

Josh Davidson is a senior partner at Baker Botts and handles a wide range of corporate and securities work and is recognized nationally for his expertise with master limited partnerships. Josh is chair of the firm’s Houston Corporate Department, head of the firm’s Capital Markets Practice, and a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee. Josh graduated from Yale University with a degree in history and received his JD from Harvard Law School. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Houston Bar Association and serves on the board of trustees of the Houston Grand Opera and on the board of directors of The Center for Conservation Peacebuilding.
