Leslie Chow

Leslie Chow, CPA, currently serves as the Controller at Houston Zoo, overseeing monthly, quarterly, and annual close procedures while assisting with budget preparation and reporting. Prior to this role, Leslie held the position of Controller at M&I Electric, LLC, where responsibilities included managing financial reporting, accounts payable, receivable, and payroll functions, as well as leading audit and tax examinations. Leslie's earlier experience at American Electric Technologies, Inc. involved managing financial reporting and compliance, supporting budgeting processes, and initiating startup operations in Brazil. Additionally, Leslie worked as a Financial Consultant at Wells Fargo, focusing on sales and customer relationship management. Leslie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Texas Tech University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Houston-Downtown, along with educational experiences from Taipei American School.
