Peggy Kostial

Peggy Kostial is the senior managing director at Accenture and is responsible for leading the company’s business in its US Southwest region, which covers Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming. She joined Accenture in 1986 and was promoted to managing director in 1996. Peggy is a member of the Accenture Foundation Board which focuses on grant origination, stewardship, and fulfillment. Additionally, she also sits on the boards of the Accenture Political Action Committee, Vanderbilt’s Owen School of Management, SpringSpirit Baseball, and Space Center Houston. She also served on the 2017 Houston Super Bowl Host Committee. Peggy graduated from Vanderbilt University receiving a BS degree with concentrations in Mathematics and Chemistry. She is an avid supporter of her native city and focuses her philanthropic efforts on promoting and bettering the community of Houston.
