Jessica den Dekker is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in Corporate M&A. Currently serving as Counsel at Houthoff since February 2014, Jessica has advanced from Associate to Senior Associate and now to Counsel in the same department. Prior to this role, Jessica gained international experience as an International Associate in the Infrastructure practice at Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr. e Quiroga Advogados during a secondment focused on Oil & Gas. Earlier in Jessica's career, work as a Law Clerk at Rechtspraak involved supporting a judge and handling criminal court cases. Furthermore, involvement with the European Law Students' Association as a committee member included organizing seminars on European and Dutch law. Jessica's foundational legal training included internships at Idefadvocats and Allonca Abogados, where tasks ranged from legal research to translation and thesis writing. Academic credentials include two Master of Laws (LL.M.) degrees from Erasmus School of Law in Corporate/Commercial Law and International and European Public Law.
